New Oud Method Book
I have 17 exercises for beginner Oud so far. As they become more sophisticated, they also take longer to write. I’m writing all the notation with notation software so that it’s professional and easily editable.
I’ve got a freebee for you now. I’m sending out one which is good to use for warming up as well as learning.
Let me know what you think.

Right now I’m throwing in my new Oud Method Book free as a bonus when you purchase the Foundation Program. Offer ends soon.
I’m continually working on the Oud Method and will be adding content to it as it becomes completed. That means when I’m finished you’ll have the whole Oud Method Book through your online OudforGuitarists account all for free because you bought the Foundation Program.
This helps us both. You get a brand new Oud Method Book, and I get to test out my method with real people. You can be part of helping future Oud players learn the Oud.

Just want the Oud Method Book?
Well, it’s not done yet. Until then, wish me luck. LOL.
Isn’t the Foundation Program an Oud Method Learning Program? Why are you making a new one?
The same reason why there are hundreds of guitar method books out there. My journey with the Oud has been one of frustration and search. I’m still not done learning about the Oud yet either. But I’m synthesizing what I’ve learned from Persian, Arabic, and Turkish music to bring a holistic approach to the Oud. I just hope it will be of value to someone.
It also came out as result of wanting to teach more people through Skype. I’ve always defaulted to using the Jamil Bashir Method, which I don’t really like, and I started thinking of more useful exercises for my students. So I thought, why not make my own method?

Navid
